Tina Christiansen
Principal and President
Tina Christiansen has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry, beginning her career as a Leasing Consultant and moving her way up the ranks to her current role as President and Managing Partner for Palladium Real Estate Services. Prior to joining Palladium, Tina advanced up the rungs of the ladder at Pinnacle Realty Management Group before attaining the role of Vice President. Her portfolio consisted of 8,000 units in Washington State while managing and developing a multitude of Regional Property Managers.
Throughout her career, Tina has had a hand in managing all business operations and her expertise extends to every facet of real estate: property management, acquisition rehabilitation, affordable, leasing, disposition and commercial. In her role as President of Palladium, Tina is responsible for the company oversight, operations, overall strategy and vision for the future of the company. She is committed to creating a positive, supportive work environment for her team, while providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
