Real Estate Services
Palladium provides an in-house Real Estate Services department to oversee and coordinate the time-consuming but very critical tasks of maximizing all ancillary/non-rent income opportunities and implementing systems and procedures which maximize property operating expenses. This allows onsite associates to focus their time and energy on leasing, marketing and customer service at each of our communities. Items coordinated by the Real Estate Services department include the following:
- Proactive management of utility costs and conservation programs
- Administration of all vendor programs designed to provide property level expense savings
- Identifying and maximizing all ancillary income opportunities
- Monitoring of collection agency performance
- Coordination of property Level premises liability programs
